This single-jointed snaffle is made of durable stainless steel with a sweet iron and copper inlay mouthpiece to help promote salivation. The short shanks of this bit provide mild gag action to aid in the transition from snaffle to curb for miniature horses. The addition of a curb chain to this bit can help increase speed, rating, and stop. (Please note: sweet iron is designed to rust)
