During the holidays, when Stetson hats were basically unavailable throughout the country, I resigned myself that getting one for a Christmas gift was not achievable. I wish I knew their names, but 2 young women put my name down on a list to be called later, and told me it would be months down the road before they expected any Stetson hats to become available. Well, they actually contacted me on 12/29 and let me know the exact hat we needed just came into stock! I was so surprised, and so thrilled that they actually followed through and let me know!
