Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Western Shack you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in the original packaging and original unused condition.

BOOTS MAY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ONLY IF THE SOLES ARE UNSCRATCHED. Unfortunately, if we receive a pair of boots that have scuffs or scrapes on the bottom soles, they will be sent back to you or if its an instant exchange you will be charged the full amount for the item you originally purchased. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly. 

Western Shack makes it easy to return or exchange your item(s) by printing a shipping label. This saves you time and you avoid additional shipping expenses.

EXCHANGES ARE COMPLETELY FREE FOR ORDERS IN THE USA, INCLUDING SHIPPING LABELS. ALL ORDERS HAVE A MAXIMUM OF THREE EXCHANGES PER ORDER.

RETURNS  FOR A REFUND: A full refund will be applied if you ship it yourself and use your own shipping label. $25.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date the item is received and has passed inspection to see a credit in your account that was used to pay for the item.

STORE CREDIT:  For returns requesting store credit, a gift card will be sent to you via email.

If the boot box or hat box is not returned with the item, there will be an additional $10.00 charge.

If shipped back without an exterior shipping box, there will be an additional  $10.00 charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA: Only refund, you will be responsible for shipping item's back to us. Duties and tax are non-refundable.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
